so yeah, as someone pointed out already: if the provinces have different IPs logging in, there is nothing they can do to stop cheaters right? and am I also right that there ARE ways to log into different provinces with different IPs?

No matter what they decide to implement there will always some sort of flaw.....
I dont accept this is their final push to stop cheaters but its a step in the right direction.
In the end the only ones who can stop cheating is the players/kingdoms.

There is way to counter chastity and it already exists.. its called kidnap.. The new changes stated thier will be a focus on the importance of thievery.. there you have it.
