If you think that Hollywood and the media is a reflection of America you are wrong!
If you think that Hollywood and the media is a reflection of America you are wrong!
You don't know what a moderate is yet you speak like you know the working of US politics? Really?
Your a Tea bagger? OMG.... end of conversation when Sarah Palin/ Christine O'Donnell is the poster girl for your new party. And no, the Tea Party left the Republican party. Spin it all you want like the Tea Party always does. lolSo the majority of us in the Republican Party/Tea Party have decide to say we stand here and you can stand with us or to the left or right of us. The Republican Party Leadership is now standing Left of the Tea Party and will be given one last chance to join us. The ball is in their court and they can decide. We have no problem with forming a New Party for we have not left them they have left us.
Democrats are so far left how? You make claims with no statements or facts to back them up.The Democrats are so Far Left we all wonder if they have gone off the deep end. So it may appear to outsiders we are either one extreme or another but we are deciding the future of our country and in this political struggle there can be no fence sitters. Its not like we haven't done this before but the years between 2010 and 2012 will be the most interesting.
Funny how you didn't include Fox news in that list. Let me show you something that shows the intelligence level of those that watch Fox News. And mind you this is just a start....
A study by the Program on International Policy Attitudes (PIPA),[49] in the Winter 03-04 issue of Political Science Quarterly, reported that viewers of Fox News, the Fox Broadcasting Company, and local Fox affiliates were more likely than viewers of other news networks to hold three misperceptions:[50]
* 67% of Fox viewers believed that the "U.S. has found clear evidence in Iraq that Saddam Hussein was working closely with the al Qaeda terrorist organization" (Compared with 56% for CBS, 49% for NBC, 48% for CNN, 45% for ABC, 16% for NPR/PBS).
* The belief that "The U.S. has found Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq" was held by 33% of Fox viewers and only 23% of CBS viewers, 19% for ABC, 20% for NBC, 20% for CNN and 11% for NPR/PBS
* 35% of Fox viewers believed that "the majority of people [in the world] favor the U.S. having gone to war" with Iraq. (Compared with 28% for CBS, 27% for ABC, 24% for CNN, 20% for NBC, 5% for NPR/PBS)
That's a silly statement. Your just going to get another group of people telling you what you can and can not do.Bottom Line: We Americans don't like to be told what to do even by our own government. Watch this Tuesday and see what I mean.
I would say your stats on Foxx and the other networks looks a lot like the Stats of Conservatives & Moderates Vs Liberals in America. Plus the other networks are starting to fail because we just don't trust them. WE the PEOPLE rule here! Not the ones we vote in and tonight we are reminding them of that.
Young voter turn out which is is heavily democratic is always low in mid-term elections. You will see a reverse of this in 2012. It's normal. Now if the economy and jobs don't get better the Republicans will be in big trouble in 2012.
Love these kinds of comments that the Republicans always use...Now what is funny is Bush used the 'mandate' word when he was re-elected but when Obama and the Dems took control of government the Republicans did NOTHING but over 100 fillabusters in the last session alone (a recod by the way) to stop ANYTHING Obama and the administration tried to do. It typical republican tactics. **** the country, it's about holding power and making sure the other side can't accomplish anything. It's sad.Rep. John Boehner, of Ohio, who is expected to become the new speaker of the House, replacing Nancy Pelosi, said Tuesday’s election was a mandate for his party to push the agenda on which it had successfully run and won control of one congressional chamber while picking up seats and influence in the Senate.
1st on the agenda is for the republicans is to kill the new deal. You think Americans are hurting now, just wait till the new deal is killed. There will be even more misery in this country. Of course the Wealthy will not have a problem. It's the poor who will suffer for it.
So if my Health care costs don't go down now then can I blame the Republican party for it?The American people are concerned about the government takeover of healthcare,” he said. “I think it is important for us to lay the groundwork before we begin to repeal this monstrosity and replace it with common-sense reforms that will bring down the cost of healthcare insurance in America
Funny thing is this idiot thinks they can bring jobs back. Are they now going to tell American companies that they can no longer out-source jobs overseas? The Pro-Business Republicans wont do that so it is all just bull****. The lack of Jobs is due to corporate outsourceing. Not because of regulations or Taxes. It's pretty clear the American people want us to do something about cutting spending here in Washington and helping to create an environment where we'll get jobs back,” he said.
Funny how even the Republican leaders say this is their 2nd chance. They admittedly ****ed things up the 1st go around and now people expect anything different the 2nd time around? lol. We've been given a second chance and a golden opportunity," said Cantor on CBS' "The Early Show." Cantor is expected to become majority leader when the new Congress convenes.
So you honestly believe all that?
Obama got everything he wanted and more and this mess is Obama's now! Bush? who's that? Just another Big government type I think. Obama makes Bush government looks small. You miss one important part those Republicans are something different this go around. We have changed the people and the rules so you can expect a different result.
It was a WIPE OUT for the Dem's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not only at the Federal Level but the State Level, face it we reject Obama and his Socialist March to Marxism. 2012 is 2 years away and I'm not sure anyone can undo the damage Obama has done. Hello Greece we are with you!
Welcome to the tyranny of simple ideas.
All a countries' woes are the direct results of its current party in power.
No use making a detailed analysis here, it would just derail from the simple truth.
Actually, maybe if you keep muscling that rethoric over and over, you'll manage to brain wash enough uninformed views to push it through. Extremely popular neocon tactic here.
Yes, any policy that increases in some way government size/power is bad and any policy that reduces it is good.
Actually, there shouldn't be a government or regulations. Thats the brilliant final objective of the neocon agenda.
Lets hoard those ressource and those weapons, because you'll need it to protect your close ones when that big Darwinian showdown finally comes.
Or actually, maybe a handful of those huge corporations will take over and will tailor 'freedom' along the line of some narrow "lets maximize the profit" agenda. Cause we all live to maximize profits (especially for the elite at the top). Thats what we all really care about deep down inside.
Yeah, lets keep hammering the same stupid ideas in song, news and empty passionate speeches that say very little.
Nevermind rationalising those ideas, just repeat them often enough and they will become the truth.
You'll win the votes of many illiterate dropouts, thats for sure.
Yes, lets polarize the country.
Its all about the dems and the republicans.
This is what it really boils down to: US... and them.
Actually, the republicans are not polarized enough. Lets split them further with the tea party and iron out those "false" republicans.
Compromises are for the weak, the strong know that strict muscular politics enforced with an iron fist wins all.
Yes, all social programs lead to URSS communism.
This is clearly what Russia did wrong: having social programs.
Another brilliantly simple idea from the neocons... cause the world we live in really is that simple.
Yes, lets blame it all on the government when things go wrong.
What a wonderful circular excuse to always argue for less government.
Hey, investors are running haywire and screwing up the economy with wild speculative investments using money they do not have... the government is not doing its job... lets have less government!
Hey, law enforcement is getting underfunded... the government is not doing its job... lets have less government!
Hey, overall, our health care sucks compared to the rest of the wealthy western nations... the government is not doing its job... lets have less government!
This is pure genius.

neocon?
That's funny, the more you guys write the more you show who you really are. Just keep venting if it helps I find it most entertaining.

Maybe the above article will help of those who have no idea what a neocon is. NOPE, I'm just a plain old Conservative. Not trying to brain wash anyone here just making my point and saying do your own research. Look at original sources of data and compare it to what ever your government is saying. By the way the Left Lost BIG on Nov. 4 2010. In the words of Mr. Gibbs "We Won" said that after 2008 elections.

I got my definition of a neocon by reading this guy's books.
You're gonna tell me this guy doesn't know what he's writing about when talking about the conservative political movement?
btw, reading you so far, a lot of what you're writing fits disturbingly well with the neocon outlook. I'm sorry if it makes you uncomfortable, but it is what it is.
ROFL. Most americans obviously love being told what to do. Just look at the power of religion. Religion has perverted the foundation upon which the country was founded, and we all know how religious people LOVE to tell other people what to do. Your country is more controlled by religion than pretty much any other of the industrialized countries in the world today. It's a great shame really, because the founding fathers had the right idea. But now it's all "In God we trust". Religion is a pest and should be kept at a safe distance from politics. You're not doing that in the US at all, and it's massive fail.
