Explaination of Today's Failtime

[Hallo]

We do apologize for the issues that occurred during oop, and feel we owe the community an explanation.

We were testing a revolutionary new tool to detect and ban cheaters! In particular, we introduced a simple exploit that could easily be detected on our end, and have made a list of all those who have used it. Be advised that these cheaters will be dealt with individually and may or may not be removed from the game.

We hope that this creates a more positive environment for those legitimate Utopian players (all 47 of them) and appreciate your tolerance of the situation.
