People were unable to thieve or attack for land or plunder
2. set tracking device on all accts with 500k or more - delete all gc
3. set tracking device on all people who had over 1k soldiers trained at
a pop in the short interval between bug discovery and shutdown - delete the troops
That pretty much covers everything _ spose science coulda been set
to rushed for an hour or 2 - how much affect can that have?
