built acres hold 120*25 ppl = 3000
unbuilt acres hold 280*15 ppl = 4200
u have 40 homes. let`s say she is artisian - 40*10= 400

usually ur draft is set to 20% -> 0.2*7600=1520 soldiers oop

no bug lol there is somthing called aid in the game you should try it ;)

But you can't recieve aid while in protection... I'm guessing you mean when your kingdom got oop the aid was sent.
