I've done my best to report cheaters as I see them. I've only stayed with kds who had monarch's who shared my views, or at least did a pretty good job of convincing me that s/he did.
But that would be terribly ignorant of me to say that I've definitely played with no cheaters. No one could make that claim, not even if S&B were actually playing in a kd. However, unknowingly playing with cheaters is not against the rules.
I like this Palem character, seems to me like a utopian saint.
