Promotion and Recruitment

Hi guys

We're about to start up some of that fabled promotion we've talked about in days of yore.

We now have an official (but understated) Facebook account and fan page along with a twitter feed.

Visitors and requests are welcome.

This is a small step marking the start of our desire to spread the word about this game that we've all worked so hard on.

In light of the fact that, what with all the other things I've to sort out daily, this new venture will add to Thundergore's sack of burdens, we're also considering appointing an additional moderator.

These are two delicate processes and, while we ponder the implications of each, we welcome your feedback via PM or here in our talk section.

One small update to this announcement:-

We have stopped the moderator selection process at the shortlist stage until we get word on whether we are staying on these forums or moving to new forums.

We hope the delay isn't too long. The process has gone on long enough already!

Please do not be put off in registering your interest for current (or future) moderation work. We do anticipate a time when Utopia will be flourishing once more (or perhaps like it never has before). At that time one CM and a moderator or two simply won't do. It's always beneficial to have a list of posters who are willing to moderate and who understand what sacrifices moderation requires.
