I made fun of Elf until there was one in my KD this age. Elf is pretty good tbh. Maybe the problem is you?

'now' implies they were good last age, when really the opposite is true
They are "fun" but not very effective because of the runes factor, even now. It is so easy to get robbed even with very very good theivery defence, something needs to be done. Imagine losing 50% of your runes before war starts.
spread the runes out and send when the elfs needed. Teamwork. Also your KD mates can steal runes as well from the KD your warring, prewar they can steal from other KDs.
nah they aint gonna do anything for the t/m, except make the orcs and undead stronger so they can kill them easier. we gonna change the name of the game to ORCTOPIA!
and next age we get a soldier boost to help fight off the orcs with there 9/3 eels. soldiers 2/2 orc elites 9/3 yes maybe the halflings do have a chance against them?
or maybe we could just make the orcs 12/10 and get it over with. welcome to orctopia where we hunt for the lonely halflings and there grand 5 def specs!
