    It is when you're in war and ones an a/t who does ops and attacks and the other is a heavy attacker. Kinda makes it impossible to chain targets but we wont get into that again.

    Bishop, Im not getting into this with you. The system wont even let legit players from Singapore or other places op/attack same province. As soon as you realize the system isnt perfect you'll take a step in the right direction.

    I would venture to wager that without rules there would be a lot less cheating.
