TW is including in som and sot. if you oversent by 10% then maybe you didnt send 20% of your thiefs for an accurate som?
i played gnome last age so unless they changed TW...

So if i take a SoT or SoM, and i see 30000 def points at home, and its 100% accurate, so that amount includes defense from Town Watch?

Is the person online? You might be failing because he is getting soldiers aided to him to make you bounce? Or he doesn't have TW or MP cast until he sees he is getting opped for intel and then casts it?
