I think the last line bit is extremely vague. It basically banishes angel since it "improves your performance". And what about pimp, utools, irc, irc bots? Wouldn't those improve performance too?

Angel is fine - it doesn't improve anything really. No more so than being good at maths does.

If the tools can manage your prov without your presence then it's against the rules. Angel, Utools and Pimp are fine

I beg to differ. uTools auto cast is against game rules and can result in account suspension - but I'll wait for bishop to confirm it (had like an hour convo with him about this a while ago). The theory is any 'coder' can then modify the source code so uTools auto dices each tick while you're not at your pc (sorta thing) BUT paper bots are legal even though they login when the prov owner is afk - weird logic hey.

Its all to do with server interaction vs client-side interaction. Things like angel/pimp do not interact with the game server directly where as uTools could.

server side interaction = bannable offense. angelus promises me that he removed his autocaster as using that would result in deletions.
