    How is maximum population calculated.

am looking at halfling for next age and i am wondering about how population is calculated. with the 5% bonus. base pop is 25 ppa, with the halfer bonus thats 26.25, now once homes come into the picture, will the 5% affect the population BEFORE or AFTER the peasants added by homes?

The homes bonus is not further modified by a race's pop bonus. That was changed/fixed this age.

    Raw Living Space = (Built Land * 25) + (Barren Land/Land in progress * 15) + (Homes * 8)
Mod Living Space = (((Raw Living Space - Homes Bonus) * Race Bonus) + Homes Bonus) * Population Science * Honor Population Bonus

Current Population = Peasants + Soldiers + Off Specs + Off Specs in Training + Def Specs + Def Specs in Training + Elites + Elites in Training + Thieves + Thieves in Training + Wizards

    Available Jobs = (Completed Buildings - Homes) * 25
