Things I am looking for:

- Activity
- Winning track record

most of the t10 in honor is t40 for NW. there's 2 kds right now who smacked each other around and are a little low on NW but have more than enough land to vault back up to t25, t30 at worst. hell, #1 honor is almost as big as your excuse for a kd, fuzzy.
