Yes, they could entitle it "Spammy Wants Love".

At the back, you'd read: "Spammy got corrupted during the last attempt attempt of a 16 years old twerp to break into the server. No longer content with his duty to promote viagra and penis enhancement pills to men, women, the elderly and the underage, he set out on a search accross the internet to find love.".

And in the starring role, you'd see: "<Insert some no name> as Spammy's typist".

The film would be about how a spam-bot, having achieved self-awareness throughout it's forum travels, decided to try and moderate a forum of it's own and force it's forum users to bend to it's will and create for it an android body.
