ahhhh yes, hahahaha, the happy medium! When I started building the Kingdom I had the idea of filling it with people who didn't NEED to be told what to do, that we somehow just knew what the most intelligent thing to do at that exact moment would be and we would have the freedom to act on those "special" situations.... let's just say that it's still a work in progress.lol.
