Stoners Vs PoD

[Judge]

Stoners decided to send a few hits into the Kingdom of POD in Early May of yr9 to see if they responded to it with any intent to war. After POD were retaliating + ambushing their hits, STONERS decided to launch a full wave on POD consisting of Learns, Plunders and Traditional Marches combined with starting an Emerald Dragon. After 7 Hours POD responded by declaring war and starting a Ruby Dragon.

May 22 of YR9 PoD WaR (POD) has declared WAR with our kingdom!

After declaring the war POD realized that many of their players had gone to sleep (a big strategic error which they realized and admitted went wrong) so they responded with a semi wave of massacres and a few Traditional Marches. With armies coming in, STONERS sent their Dragon followed by chains on the provinces that had armies out but with no incoming land. POD decided to stick to semi-chains whereas STONERS were using hard chains. STONERS sent a total of 2 Emerald Dragons whilst POD could only manage 1 Ruby. AMK, monarch of STONERS was very much impressed with the round the clock MS+Greed+Riots, which POD had managed the entire war. He was also impressed with the FB on most of the attackers to lower their peasants. STONERS did manage MS+Greed+Riots for the first 24 hours but were unable to keep it up for the duration of the war. With war nearing its end both the kingdoms decided to go for max gains. At minimum time POD withdrew from the war.

July 22 of YR9 PoD WaR (POD) has withdrawn from war. Our people rejoice at our victory!

Some, including myself, saw the hits by Stoners and just assumed our monarch would CF them. Unfortunately, logging in 12hrs later, we were already at war with a dragon on our backs. Since I am our Bank for dragon slaying/funding, the 1st dragon lasted 6hrs instead of being killed the same tick. And too me, It is the small things in wars like this that play heavy on the outcome.

All in all, it was a good war. Stoners deserved the War Win and we wish them good luck in future wars.
