    3 day eow cf is not a fix for vulturing. if a kd just beat you in a war (likely gained acres, and you likely lost acres), also took 3 days to pump, and you are in eow cf where you cant grow, they will just keep vulturing you after 3 day cf.

    if you cannot get back into decent shape after 72hrs then theres no hope for you
    thats kind of a flawed argument, a kd that had 3 days to recover from massive underpop, troop losses, gaining acres, etc isnt going to be a match for a kd that has had 2 weeks to pump on its acres, has the wpa in, has teh gc stocked etc.

    granted it gets you a lot closer, but its not going to stop people vulturing.
