Hi there :-)

One of the provinces from my kingdom is getting the following error message when he tries to log in:

"The specified user account failed to verify its email address in time, and has been deactivated."

He says that he already has verified his e-mail account, and had been able to log into his province Saturday, but has been unable since Sunday to log into any aspect of Utopia. Is this a common error?

I would suggest having that player email support to get the issue worked out (using the email he said was verified). They'll have to reactivate the account.
