I believe those science numbers are the highest ever, but it's not the highest ever population. Hel of Dim Forest had 1000x honor bonuses once, when the honor system was broken in a similar way. Others (smaller) probably had even more honor bonuses that age. Although lower in networth, those provinces would have destroyed mine. 100m of my networth was from science, so I wasn't very nw-efficient.
