Grace Vs BiO
The kingdom of Grace was on the lookout for a kingdom with a bank as their wave target. According to their leader, they had shortlisted two kingdoms, of which BiO was one. Grace decided against BiO during their initial wave but once relations were closed, they subsequently sent their hits into BiO. The leader of BiO mentioned that at that moment, they were not retal-ready as their bank was still in exploration mode. However, once Grace started their hits, BiO quickly started their retaliatory wave of massacres and assassinate wizards.
During this retalwar, Grace received wave from Absolute Power, placing them in a double-hostile situation. Messages sent to Absolute Power?s leader were ignored, prompting Grace to attempt a temporary ceasefire with BiO. Grace sent a message requesting terms for a ceasefire, and even offering to give free hits to BiO once the war with the outside kingdom ended, however this proposal was also promptly ignored. Grace?s leader mentions that BiO sent a taunting mass message to everyone in his kingdom stating "it seems you got double hostiled with that bounce... let?s cf and gb them together?". At this time, BiO?s leader mentioned that they noticed only 3 hits received by Grace from Absolute Power. BiO also rebutted Grace?s claim stating Grace never offered free hits with the ceasefire, leading to the assumption that Grace was staging a FW. As such, BiO did not cease their attacks. Grace?s leader states that he believes this to be an intentional double-hostile situation set up by BiO, however he lacks proof to further pursue the matter.
At the end of the wave from Absolute Power, Grace declared war on AP. In this war, Grace?s leader claims to have farmed 4.6k before withdrawing. He states their decision for withdrawing was due to the massacres and NS carried out by BiO in hostile that affected their war abilities badly, including total disabling of their faeries. Grace used the 4 days of eowcf to pump up from ~20 ? 30% draft to war ready states, however this only brought them to 55% draft when they dropped out of the cf period. Grace also states that the server issues and downtime resulted in 25% unbuilt land as they were unable to swap builds in time.
While Grace was in war, BiO began to prep their provinces for war. During the wait, BiO mentioned that they were waved by Sanctuary twice. BiO immediately declared war when Grace dropped out of the eowcf.
March 9 of YR2 We have declared WAR on Grace!
From the onset of the war, Grace had planned to max gain as they felt the NS by BiO?s Undead/rogues would hurt them over time. Thus they planned to lower their losses and withdraw. BiO, on the other hand felt they had already won at the onset of declare, therefore their aim was to farm as much honor and just control the top.
According to Grace?s leader, BiO was doing heavy chains and carrying out NS on their big orcs, to which BiO corroborates by stating that they had far superior T/Ms and were NSing 10k troops per wave. BiO however felt that Grace opted for deep chains and it seemed like they were more concerned with pk-ing than actually farming acres, as the orcs from Grace could've easily ran away with a ton of acres with a wd in min time. Grace?s leader clarifies this by stating that their provinces had some spare offence which was put to good use on BiO?s provinces which had low defense, which made it appear as though the provinces were being chained.
Grace mentions that BiO?s rogues did not attempt to burn any GS. Thus, BiO was carrying out their chains on provinces that had 20-23% GS, blunting the efficacy of each hit. It was also stated that a few of BiO?s undeads were carrying out propaganda right off the bat. Although their T/M power was disabled, Grace?s faeries were able to attack BiO?s chained provinces which sported extremely low defense. Grace was pleased that their concerted efforts with casting fireballs on BiO?s bank managed to reduce its peasants from 110k to 28k in 30 hours.
No dragons were exchanged throughout the course of war as both kingdoms were out of dragon range.
To note is the fact that there were some intra-hits going on within BiO during this war. This resulted in BiO having one of their main attackers being brought down to 800 acres from 2000 acres. They also obviously lost the province that started the intra-hits and had to waste a full wave of side hits on the offending province.
Grace withdrew at min time, as per their original goal going into the war. BiO?s original aims of honor-farming led to them taking a top 10 kingdom honor spot.
