How accurate is infiltrate op?

Is it 100% no matter the amount of thieves or is it affected by the same algorithm as the rest of the intel gathering ops (3% inaccurate at 20%+1 thieves and 100% accurate by halfling)?

Or is there a larger inaccuracy?

20% +1 for 3% acc same as sot and assuming halfers get the 100% acc in war

too much random. and needing 20% thieves to get better intel is ridiculous. 10% should be enough for a good scouting party. or 3 thieves. i like that idea.

you forget all the people that work behind the scene for that three-man scouting party. I bet there is some intern leadership amongst your thieves and it has to go all the way from top rank thief to the ones that carry out the task. Some thieves have also to go to the store in your capital city to buy a good map. And who else then the thieves themselves have to make their super concealing cloakes, you can't give away such things to peasants (they might get kidnapped and tell all your secrets).
