Myrmidons were on the hunt for war after being land-dropped by BIO. Due to their high honor and being one of the few kingdoms in range that was not in war already, The Stronghold was targeted. Damien, of The Stronghold, saw the start of hits on his kingdom and decided to send a message to Myrmidons stating that his kingdom was not yet ready to war. Hits continued and messages were exchanged in game. A CF from The Stronghold was accepted and then immediately broken by Myrmidons. Myrmidons state the reason for breaking the CF was that Stronghold kingdom members had changed monarchy allowing them to break Stronghold's original monarch. After their wave of plunders, learns, and max gains was complete, Myrmidons approached The Stronghold for another CF. Not trusting Myrmidons on their word, they decided to war instead.
Having plundered lots of gold already, Myrmidons sent their Ruby Dragon to the Stronghold as soon as war was declared.

The Stronghold started the war with some weak activity as they were just out of their 4th war of the age and had planned to grow and slowly prepare for their next war. They decided to start by chaining those that had bounced hits on them during hostile.
Myrmidons spent a lot of effort on exposing thieves and sabotaging wizards within The Stronghold. Myrmidons chose to focus chains on the top 3 offense/tpa provinces, while the Stronghold switched to max gains by their second wave. Mymidons went to work keeping Meteors flying over most Orcs and Humans within The Stronghold and tossed tornadoes at their larger humans. The Stronghold focused NS on Myrmidons' top 2 orcs while max gaining everyone else.
When Myrmidons' halfling monarch sent a lot of def. specs at the dragon over his lands, while his armies were still out, The Stronghold decided it was their time to strike. After an attempted chain on what they saw as a halfling sitting on rather low defense, they went back to max gains. The Stronghold failed to properly chain the two orcs that they spent so much effort night-striking, and Myrmidons gained several unbreakable provinces. At minimum time:
