Cheat methods

Due to the long discussion in the New Anti-Cheat thread where Bishop claims that "we have no idea what kind of cheating goes on, I opened this thread to create a list of cheats that we can come up with. Later on when we have a serious list, we'll discuss how/if the cheat will be covered by the new anti-cheat mechanism.

I'll start with the first couple of cheats:

- Creating multiple provinces
- Cross-logging provinces from legitimate players (friends)
- Scripted attacks

We will absolutely not discuss ways to cheat in the game.

The people who have the awesome ways of cheating aren't just going to spill the beans for sake of good conversation. The people who aren't so good at cheating are just going to get ideas on how to remain poor at cheating.

On top of all that, it's against the rules.
