UF NEWS: Empyreans and Undecided Pre-Xmas War
Empyreans and Undecided were sitting comfortably at the lower top 100 charts when they both started looking for a pre-xmas war. Undecided sent a message to Empyreans seeking war following a rematch promise from last age and as Empyreans had earlier on in the age requested the rematch, accepted it as it was a no brainer says Tina, Empyreans' monarch. Empyreans responded by starting an Emerald Dragon on May 5 of YR6 and started massarces on Undecided's provinces who had a good defence against ops to underpop them as well as set them up as fireball targets when the war started. Undecided who were seeking the war in the first place, quickly escalated relations during their hostile to move the hostile meter. Undecided responded to Empyrean's Emerald Dragon with a Ruby Dragon. Empyreans seeing as Xmas was around the corner decided to escalate relations after their massarce wave and gave button the Undecided. Undecided quickly pushed the button once it came into their hands and war begun.
June 24 YR6 We have declared WAR on Empyreans Hostile (xx:yy)!
During the hostile phase, Empyreans noticed that Undecided had difficulty getting activity up so they went straight for chaining Undecided's active provinces to demoralize their kd. They also launced multiple Fireballs against those massarced provinces in order to control their economy.
Undecided, having troubles of their own had one of their provinces deleted just as war started. According to Muddy, Undecided's monarch, the province in question was a problematic player who lacks teamwork and he had expected him to leave at a moment's notice, but not just as war was declared. Muddy also commented that most strategies went out of the window after 24 hours as he saw many great opportunistic chains go to waste and prepared for a withdrawal plan
Despite both kds slaying their first dragons, only Empyreans sent a second dragon and they chose Ruby as a follow up to their emerald dragon. Undecided did not manage to fund their second dragon and seeing as the war is a lost cause, Undecided quickly withdrew at minimum time.
February 1 of YR7 Unable to achieve victory, our Kingdom has withdrawn from war with Empyreans War (xx:yy). Our failed war has finally ended!

"I'm looking foward to face another kingdom like the Empyreans who holds a good team spirit and team work and most of all good attitude. Its unfortunate that many times you run into a kingdom with a horrible attitude and it really spoils much of the fun within the game, it was fun to war with these guys even when I lost. We are doing a x-mas cleaning and giving a good old intra x-mas beating and housecleaning now after the loss, it's the holidays and we will be back in stride shortly. Merry x-mas to all of Utopia"
