Can't use the forum PM function

I have a registered account and I'm logged in but I can't PM anyone, I get an access denied. Is this normal?

you need 5 forum posts as well as the person you are PMing

Post 4 - hahah you have to wait 30 seconds between each post as well, learning all types of things today.

Umm I still can't seem to use the darned PM function.

This really makes contacting someone on the forums a pain in the tail.

The real question now is has the number moved? Do I need to make 10 posts, 15 posts? lol

I still can't use the inbox function. Every time I try to access it I get:

AHA Eureka!!! I logged all the way out and back in and then everything worked lol.

This also happened to me, logging out and in usually fixes it
