2 Active Players Looking For A Kingdom!

Hi all(especially prospective monarchs hahaha)! We are looking for another kingdom reason being our current one does not satisfy our needs for more war. It is also awfully quiet in the forums and the people in charge are not doing their jobs well in maintaining the kingdom. (For instance, during a war, no new page has been created on Pimp for the kingdom we are warring with).
Here's a short introduction of us,
1) We would like to join a warring kingdom(At least 5 wars per age perhaps?)
2) We are able to log-in 4-5 times a day, sometimes even more with our smart phones
3) We use PIMP and forums, IRC if necessary
4) We have been playing Utopia for a long time(We are even older than the dark elves and Gnomes Era)
