So, unlike the past couple of years, Elitest Jerks had managed to stay out of trouble for both christmas and the new years-holidays. They made some waves and
hostiling inbetween, but nothing that got serious. So by January 1st YR9 Elitest Jerks started a dragon and waved Blades of Honor, hitting their big elves/faeries for acres to prevent them from becoming unbreakable. Unknown to Elitest Jerks, Blades of Honor were actually planning to wave another kingdom, so once the wave came in, it was an easy choice for Blades of Honor to simply push the button and get a war they wanted anyway!
January 3 of YR9 We have declared WAR on Sinn Fein IRL!
Both kingdoms proceeded to chain each other once war had been declared. Jerks focused on taking down the elves while letting the orcs of Blades of Honor sit on huge amounts of acres. Both kingdoms focused on using the basic range of ops to help control econ and pop development while continuing to chain those provinces that they felt were the most threat. Prior to minimum time, Jerks noticed that Blades of Honor were holding armies and starting to LL for extra acres. They quickly switched to max gains on the orc provinces that they had allowed to sit on their acres. Apparently over the course of the war, Jerks were able to gain around 12k honor points which pushed them far up the honor rankings to within 300 hp of the number 1 spot. Activity was definitely in the favour of Elitest Jerks and Blades of Honor felt that this was ultimately the main cause behind them losing the war.
March 4 of YR9 Unable to achieve victory, our Kingdom has withdrawn from war with JERKS AT WAR. Our failed war has finally ended!
