Halfer doesn't need any changes, balanced as it is. Faery doesn't need changes either. No to 30% offensive magic efficiency for undead. That will make them overpowered as they have nightmares.
Avian needs some work, losing fog immunity because of removal of fog needs to be compensated.
Don't understand why did dwarf get quick feet.
Fix autofail of human spells and make it only -20% magic efficiency without autofail
Orcs need some nerfing, gains bonus + cleric + elite creds is obviously overpowered
- instead of elite creds, give them free drafting
- nerf the gains bonus slightly 15% would be good, i dislike seeing no sci orcs grab 15.6% of my land
Elf is great at the moment, just put the inherited mystic bonus back to mystic.

Cleric obviously needs some nerfing, permanent animate dead, additional general and free 33% hospitals is obviously broke
-nerf it to double hospitals benefit
-no extra general (makes no sense for a priest having an extra general)
-permanent animate dead is fine

NB needs some buffing, plague needs to be cured easier and not ridiculously hard with bad luck people dumping all their mana into curing plague

Orcs are overpowered. They don't need a boost.
Faeries were intended as T/M. From the start the intention was to make them bad as attackers. Your suggestion to boost them is horrible. They would need a very heavy nerf to justify the boost you want them to have.

I don't see how or why Faery would have +1 for their Magicians, i think for the next Age perhaps Fog should see a return. I am not sure why the spell was removed in the first place as it was very useful and had a good character to it.
I have many thoughts and suggestions for the game, yet i am rather noob and i am still trying to learn the game as it is now.

Iirc, you wanted -1 offspec and -10% Pop.
Hostile points should start decay after 24 hours and not on 1st like its now.
a/t/m is the most ftw fun time tho, and that is why I want fae with the +1 off spec. The one palem posted was uber broken. NW efficency is wrong on the elite. The 8 point elite and 5% reduced pop will give them insane income as a turtler.
Perhaps we change them to -5% pop -10% income and +1 off spec :D
Avian imo is probably still a top 2 race sitting with dwarf. Halfer is ok but not good enough to be core.. just support, which is meh. Orcs I haven't seen doing all that great this age so not sure why so many say they are overpowerd. They are good but I don't think OP
