Hall of Force vs The Ancients
While HoF were being waved by InZZolence and tagged hostile, they received a random hit from The Ancients. After retalling the hit The Ancients hit again this time with HoF being hostile with Warcry. After ceasefiring with Warcry HoF decided to go hostile with The Ancients by waving them, during this period taking multiple hits from outside KD's. The following is from a convo between the monarchs of both KD's and is a list of options/demands laid out by HoF.
but here is what I want
a) you declare war
b) we take 2500 acres
c) the war is MP after those hits are done
d) we MP ingame after 48 hours (min time)
The Ancients quickly rejected these demands and it soon became a retal war. During this time HoF chained 5 provinces to below 800acres while The Ancients decided to only retal hits always careful not to give up the button. Both sides keeping suitable duration ops 24/7 during hostile. After 5 days of hostilities and either by accident or with purpose The Ancients reached the cap and handed HoF the button which they quickly pressed and declared with the monarch of The Ancients rejoining the fight after the declaration after being in vacation mode.

HoF continued with thier chaining strategy throughout the war by having thier larger provinces max gain then passing those targets on to thier mid tier provinces to have them continue in a "down the food chain" fashion to thier smallest provinces to be finished off. The Ancients picked their targets by highest offence and after running certain ops on them proceeded to deep chain. The Ancients used night striking to target those who had high amounts of soldiers to both prevent them being passed around in aid packets and to keep thier draft % low. Dragons appear not to be much of an issue as they were slain within 6hrs of being sent.
Feeling as if they had to much land after closing the gap between themselfs and HoF, The Ancients decided it was time to withdraw after timing thier last wave and land lust run during a period where HoF were least active even having two of thier faeries suicide.

They were foolish and gave us the war button on accident after ~7 days of hostile finally maxed out their hostile meter at 200. We spent the majority of war time killing their economy, as we had destroyed the cow completely, as evidenced by the massacre numbers. Activity was low, motivation was low, leadership was almost nonexistant. I went out of my way not to take part in ANY decision making after the treatment I got after the melee weapons war, and obviously the kingdom suffered for it. Looking forward to one last war this age (melee weps rematch?)
