Kingdom relations during war

Hi, I have a question hope someone with more experience can help me figure this out. The question is: do kingdom relations decay while one of the kingdoms is at war with another kingdom ?

1) Kingdom A hits kingdom B to unfriendly relations (15 points) then enters war with kingdom C. Five days later they exit the war. Is the relation to kingdom B still unfriendly or back to normal ?

2) Kingdom A hits kingdom B to unfriendly relation (15 points) while still in EOW ceasefire with kingdom C. 3 days later they exit from the ceasefire. What is the relation to kingdom B ?

Ya, they decay while at war -the war status just overrides them.
