Mage's Fury + Magic Shield

Magic Shield - "Increases your defensive magic efficiency by 20%."

So my question then, would Magic Shield cancel the negative effect? Casting both of these spells would leave you with +20% WPA?

Not entirely. Lets assume no other modifier.

1 * 1,2 * 0,8 = 0,96 or -4% defensive magic efficiency

With both spells and no other modifiers you would have +20% offensive magic efficiency and -4% defensive magic efficiency
