Say I'm 10,000k nw and I op someone with 100,000,000 nw, would I have a lower thievery success rate?
I'm pretty sure I know the answer, just settling an argument. :)

NW difference affects success rate. Not sure if its an auto-fail mod or an efficiency mod though.
There seems to be some auto fail involved. For instance, you can rob someone with 0 thieves and 0 wts and still fail.
Success rate and capacity decrease.

When somebody has 0tpa and 0WT's there seems to be a small auto fail in it as somebody with that is clearly a farm ( or a real noob ) but dunno they could have changed it.
deppend on your TPA, larger acres will have larger NW but not TPA.
