    Halfling rogue

    I'm new to this game. I was wondering is it viable to play a pure thief or should I play A/T? On either choice how do I build OOP? What do i build in protection? Just kind of asking for a how to on being a thief or A/T.

    Most kds will require you to be an A/T.

    Halfer makes an ok TM this age, but Faery is the better option if you want to go that route.

    Generalisation is the best! High banks/armouries/guilds + some towers is all you need to build on top of the homes/banks/farms you start off with.

    Then you tweak the ratios slightly depending on race/perso. Faery should run higher towers to get ToG going (in favour of armouries imo). T/Ms should try to run higher guilds, while Mystics have an advantage don't drop guilds to 'save space'.

    I was wondering the percentage of builds and basic strategy for the faery rogue T/M

    In protection the builds are standard. Enough farms to not starve (10%) and then you want to pump your army using high banks and armouries (20-30% of each). Thats standard for everyone. For a faery/rogue T/M you will want to run high guilds to pump WPA and enough towers that you can cast Tree of Gold every hour to boost your income.

    10 farm
    30 banks
    20 armouries
    25 guilds
    15 towers

    After your army is in place you will phase out the armouriess and some of the banks for Thief Dens, Forts and Homes. You may want to run higher guilds to get your wizards per acre up faster though.

    Troop-wise you want to come OOP with 1-2 tpa and as much defense as possible. Training elites is favourable, but you will probably need to train defense specs for more defense initially.

    so what should percentages look like going into war? do i train as many thieves as possible or a balance of thieves and defensive units?

    You'll want at at least 3-4 thieves for every acre you have. The rest should go into defense.

    I would recommend atleast 4-5 raw tpa for halfling/rogue you will need the raw thiefs to use props to steal troops to help kill dragons :)

    Haven't much experience with T/M but I guess Faery/Rogue could go:

    10% Homes
    8% Farms
    15% Banks
    15% Forts
    20% Guilds
    17% Towers
    15% TD

    If your raw defense is good then you can pop TDs up to 20%, but since you're a rogue they work as 30% anyway. 20% Guilds are for max duration but if you will be sticking to instant ops then maybe pop some into banks so you can help with aid/dragon funding.

    your gunan want a min of 15% homes, take it from a faery who did not go the (sage) route
