    Cross-Relations Dragons

Is the strength of a Dragon (how much is required to kill it) based on the Relations at the time it is SENT, or on the CURRENT relations?

A Kd we're Hostile went sent a Dragon against us, and I mainly want to know if going to War (since we have The Button) will make it stronger.
The only people who never make mistakes are those who never try to accomplish anything.

It's based on when it's sent.

You can start funding your dragon during uf/hostile and if you don't send it until you're at war, it will have full health. But if you start a dragon during war and decide to send it when the war is over it will have less health
This is my province. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My province is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
My province, without me, is useless. Without my province, I am useless.
I must attack hard with my province. I must attack harder than my enemy who is trying to pk me. I must pk him before he pk's me. I will...

sighs...I remember the days when we'd send dragons to help other kingdoms in the alliance kill off or reduce the health of a dragon they had... now it's jsut 1 dragon at a time...

if they still do what they have always done:

    a dragon received/sent in a cf has 25% of it's health
dragon received/sent with no relations has 50% strength
dragon received/sent in hostile has 75% health
and a dragon in war is...as we all know 100% strength!

That still works Spooky. The most recently sent dragon overrides any other.
