You should Survey an Undercity guy, thier top 3 and the only good UD kingdom this age. Your build depends what your up to, if your dicing and whoring at the same time, or if your attacking only for land, or if your warring.

30% Banks
25% Arms
20% Towers
15% Guilds
10% TG's
Use War spoils , no anonymous attacks and who cares about speed because a pro hits guys that can't or won't hit back. Go turtle hunting. All elites especially OOP is worth it because you're offense is lower then a full spec army OOP but your economy is in way better shape, so in the long run you'll coma ahead, just weather the storm OOP.
