    Making Dragons Rain Down?

"Dragons send range is from 20% smaller to 25% larger in relation to kingdoms networth. "

    -from wiki

Does this mean that you can find that perfect "Sweet spot" where you can send a dragon on them but they cannot send on on you?

for example, a kingdom is 3 million NW even.

    3,000,000 * 1.25 = 3,750,000
    3,000,000 * 1.2 = 3,600,000

So if a kingdom is in between that range, the smaller KD can send a dragon on them, but the larger cannot??

OR DOES IT WORK LIKE THIS?
    3,000,000 * 1.25 = 3,750,000

    3,750,000 * .8 = 3,000,000

So both kingdoms can send dragons at the same time. (this is how i believe it works, in an argument with an alleged "pro utopia player")

    lemme know peeps

Doesn't matter... If I kingdom is exactly 25% larger than you you'll be within 20% of their kingdom range...

I believe actually you'll be 80% of their size making you within 20% of their range if they're exactly 25% larger than you...
