93.6% OME probably means you have dropped your wages and razed your TGs or a ruby dragon is on you.

Also, with 73.9% Draft, you're cutting into your BE by a fair amount. Without seeing your Sciences (or strat), I'd guess you to be around 73% BE. As your BE drops, the mods from your Training Grounds drops as well - so meaning that you have the same NET offense despite having more troops.
