He doesn't, as far as I know. He can take a look if you provide your support code.

Interesting, I didn't think that was possible. I don't mind support having a look around when they feel there's a need for it, but I didn't know they could do so without a support code. In what way are forum accounts and game accounts linked?
He is the forum's administrator as well and can see what IP you're posting from and then use that to look up your province even if you don't give him your support id.
