The only 100% accurate intel is by Halflings in war. Otherwise, using 20%+1 of your TPA to get intel will give you +/- 3% accuracy. The only numbers 100% accurate on any SoM is the number of troops out.

input four 10-thief SoM's of a target into the calculator, and then input promo-code "octoprime".
you USED to be able to take 2+ som's and get the exact def using one of the online calculators.
It only worked becasue som's displayed def at home =% random*exact def
you could then do a bit of math via the "Least common multiple" of the two values(sometimes took more) you have to get the exact defense.
Its all differnt now, best way to do intell is sot 20%+1, 10 theif som to see leets out and then use angel
