Do multiple attacks reduce max gains? If so does this include failed attacks?
Doing multiple attacks will increase the targets GBP and lower his losses. Also, if you're hitting below your nw, after each attack he'll be even further away from your nw.
That includes failed attacks?
I don't think so, but I'm not sure...
A failed land attack (TM, Raze, Conquest) does not affect GBP. Failed non-land attacks (Plunder, Learn, Massacre) do.
