Question Military Wage Rate affecting ME%

Hi I have a few questions regarding wage rates affecting ME.
"Our military effectiveness is determined by the wage rates of our armed forces. Higher wages can drive up productivity. Any changes to pay will take time to change our efficiency."

    1. Does anyone have the formula for military wage rates affecting ME?
I know ME maxes out at 107.6% at 200% wage. But does anyone know the exact formula?
alternatively I would like to know what is the max ME at 100% wage, 110%... 150% wage etc.

    2. While it is mentioned that there is a gradual change to the ME, does anyone know if the increase is relative to your wage rate or if it is a flat rate?
For example, does ME rise at a faster pace if you set your wages to 200% as compared to 150%?
If not, wouldn't it make more sense to set wage rate to 100%, when it maxes out at 100%, then increase it to 150% and subsequently 200%.

    3. How long does it take to max ME from 50% wage rate to 200% wage rate?
I read somewhere it takes 2 RL days, does this equate to exactly 48 hours?

    Thanks in advance!

    From: http://wiki.utopia-game.com/index.ph..._%26_Defending:

    Base Military Efficiency =
    ((4/3 * WageRate^3) - (8 * WageRate^2) + (22.26 * WageRate) + 84.4) * Gangbang Protection

200% unless you are chained and need the income or its end of war cf and you want to maximise income.

There's no fixed rule to it but it is generally worth it to set wages at 200% as you want to maximize your ME. I usually set mine at 50% during EOWCF until 48hrs before coming out of CF, then I change it back to 200%. Your ME should rise back to 107.6% just as you come out of CF.

I'm still looking for an answer to question 2 btw guys, can anyone help?

There is a limit to how much it can rise/drop so increasing it gradually or dropping it the full amount saves you cash. I think the cap is .4 an hour, but i cant find any mention of this.
