It doesn't make too much of a difference, what order you go in.
Let's say a regular attacker takes 10% of the land in one hit, and an avian only 9% (due to -10%)

If you have a 1000 acre province and you attack with Avian then regular:
    1000 - 90 = 910 - 91 = 819

OK, what happens if you attack regular, and then avian?
    1000 - 100 = 900 - 81 = 819

See what I mean? NW and GBP does complicate this a little bit... but no need to overthink it in my opinion.

@magGainers: I've noticed ghetto noobs aren't that good at max gaining... how they pick their attacks. do you have any advice on that?

-10% Gains also contribute to science books, and economy, on top of land. This could prove Avians to be a very beneficial role for Massacres since they receive no reduction from it.

    Your math is off
10 attacks by a regular attacker would give avain 100/0.7~14.3 attacks not 13. With 90% gains that is 12.86 attacks of normal gains, so its actually at 28.6% Gains boost not 17%. Which is why avains > orcs as far as pure gains/time. (ie 10 orc attacks=12.5 attacks of normal gains)

Like i said before it matters if u cant chain in 1 hour.
assume your same 10% gains but 4 avain hits then 4 normal hits
    1000*0.91^4=686*.9^4=450
4 normal hits then for avain
    1000*0.9^4=656*.91^4=450

If u assume defense deserts becasue you are chained then as 686>656 your target looses LESS defense on the tick if an Avian hit than a normal hitter. You then are less likely to open the target up for a double/triple tap.
