What Feary Mystic(Full mage) build should i have before war? I'll go with 100DPA. How many WPA should i have?

And during war, what should my build be?

    TQ.

I think he means M/u - mage with a side of useless.

More seriously, if you need to ask the question here instead of in your kingdom, you aren't doing enough with only 1 side of the T/M equation. Go T/M, even if it is more t/M than normal.

There are cases where a "breaker" mage is useful, but it is rare, and most kingdoms wouldn't know what to do with it anyway. Which means that pure mage faery really is just kinda missing half it's effect.

*If* going pure mage, elf for the mana is almost a requirement. You only do damage with mana, so 5 points/hour is key. Faery sage is *still* at 6 points/hour, just because it uses stealth too.
it's vs. its is ambiguous - from now on I'm attempting to use the proper possessive it's, and the contraction 'tis. (Its will just be the plural.)

    Think Different

Why not go T/M, there's no room for just mages in KDs let alone TMs in the first place if they aren't used to maximum efficiency. Oh and 150dpa will do.

It's always, always thief before mage - even for Elf t/m.

Elf mana isn't that important... Faery gets +30% spell damage, which is about the same in actual effect on instant damage spells. One Mystic should be able to Meteor all of their targets with or without the extra mana, or most of them. Elf's wpa bonus does matter though, when opping other magically inclined races, including Faery.

After around 3 wpa, mods to wpa become far more important than increasing raw wpa. Most of that will come from your racial pick, and focusing on channeling science. More raw wpa is of course better, but at some point you will encounter diminishing returns. 4 raw wpa is a reasonable goal to reach.

There is no just Mage. Go T/M. You don't have to use your thieves all the time but have them there nonetheless because without them, you'll watch your wizards drop drastically. For mage, focus on 4-5 raw wpa and 3-4 raw tpa.

    10% Farms
    20% Banks
    25% Guilds (can reduce later)
    15% Towers
    15% TDs
    15% for whatever. Possibly Forts/Homes.

This is a pretty basic build.

once you hit your desired wpa, drop the guilds down to 10-15% whatever % such that 20* YOUR BE=% guilds
