Also to save time from previous chats/interviews I have conducted, wave dates are mandatory at all hours, for all of our players. Irc usage is a non negotiable requirement.
I have time to speak to most people or generally get back to them if they provide responding details. If your keen and super active(on irc aswell) these are the two main things I require, I understand we all start, finish or return to this game with mechanical change's that may be foreign for those returning.
