I am just asking for a clarification on the spell ... I checked for another link that might have answered this question but could not find one.

The additional 10% Science researched while this spell is running, does the extra 10% go into:

1. Books to be Allocated?

or

2. Into each category once the books have been Allocated?

FoK will increase the amount of sci added (as displayed by the in the science adviser overview) to your known sci by 10%. So if you on a given turn 200 books will be ready in Housing sci, you will get 20 points extra if FoK is active during that tick. This is rounded down so if 19 books are ready on a given turn you only get 1 book extra.
