Yes, it reflects MV but if it's not reflected it can vortex RM. That's how you get rid of it.

No. RM only reflects spells that have been cast on you. If a spell it reflect back, it wasn't cast on you.
That would be fun though.
RM has a chance to reflect all spells cast at you whether successful or not. Successful spells will still take honor even if reflected. Reflected spells bypass all defenses including mystic aura and nature's blessing. At least that's what I remember from the past. The above is probably four year old info. I doubt anything has changed.
