    Dragon and Draftees

All dragons result in 10% lower income and the loss of 20% of new draftees.

"The loss of 20% of new draftees",
I suppose this means the draftees are killed, but the cost of drafting these draftees are still there?

Soldiers Drafted per Tick = Peasants * Draft Speed * Patriotism * Dragon

    Where Dragon = 0.8
    So,

    Which is correct?

total drafting cost = cost_per_soldier*(soldiers_drafted_per_tick/0.8) --> the cost is as if the dragon weren't there, which makes it higher

    or

    total drafting cost = cost_per_soldier*soldiers_drafted_per_tick

    Hope i'm making sense..

For example you draft 100 soldiers at the cost of 7500 gc ( no dragon )
They sended a dragon so the effect of -20% new draftees so.

You drafted 100 soldiers again at the cost of 7500 gc but 20 got killed, the remaining draftees is 80 even that you drafted 100.
