Yup. But like everything else in the game, there's a bit of randomness thrown in too, meaning plague wont be spread every time. Kinda lame eh?

It means there's a 570% higher chance of getting the plague when attacking or getting hit by an Undead, when compared to hitting a non-Undead province that is carrying the plague.

not as undead. so if an orc1 attacks orc2 who has plague, what is the chance orc1 gets plague?
just to see what the 570% change actually does.
