    Banks on attacker worth it?

Once your draft starts to rise to about 70% are banks worth having?

I mean a single plunder is likely worth many days bank income so is there any point in having the banks anymore?

Well...you need to buy things and you can't really plunder in war

    ^ wise Palem is wise.

That said, it depends on your position in the kingdom. If you're small and can get plunder or aid before war starts, you can ditch the banks and go for huge offense-modding buildings... but you will need to figure out what to do once the easy money is gone, and your kingdom has to support a province that can't fund anything.

banks are highly useful... to pay military, retrain troops, draft, fund dragons, and building buildings...
you might want to consider them... and the more military you have, the more useful they become.
    I'm aspiring to conspire.

as an orc tact im not a big fan of banks. never felt the need for them even when i lose 2/3 of my peasants. you can maintain 200% wage just fine. but if ur undead or dwarf i can see banks being useful.
