Last age when exiting an EOWCF early, resulted in EOWCF bonusses to last untill both kd's exited war. My question is if anything has changed in that. I figure that if it has been unchanged fortified and EOWCF training cost reduction stack quite nicely.
Did anybody try this yet?

I can't imagine stacking war bonuses and fortified is "working as intended"
War is its own stance. You don't get fort bonuses in eowcf.
Traditionally kingdom stances do not apply in War.
If War bonuses applied to kingdoms OOW because their opponents were in EOWCF, that was a bug.
